GRAVEL RIDES - B*TRAIL, TANFIELD RAILWAY - 4 JULY 2026

Tanfield sits at the edge of some of the best gravel and quiet road terrain in County Durham. Two distances, one start line, and a route that earns its views.

Event Schedule

Site open: 7:00am (registration and sign-on)
Waves begin: 8:00am
50k riders expected back by approximately 11:00am
100k riders expected back by approximately 1:00pm

Distances

50k - Half-Day Ride
A solid morning on the bike. Mixed surface, manageable for anyone who rides regularly.

100k - Full Day Effort
A proper hundred kilometres of County Durham gravel. Bring food, water, and legs.

Waves of approximately 10 riders per start. Full route maps and GPX files will be sent in your welcome email.
