Shipping policy

The 99p booking fee.

 

Every entry includes a £0.99 booking fee, shown at checkout before you pay. It covers card processing and the admin behind your entry: your confirmation email, entry management, transfers and the entry platform itself.

 

It is not a delivery charge. Nothing is posted to you.

 

The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including transfers, deferrals and event cancellation, as it's a cost we incur the moment you book.

 

Race packs. Race packs are not shipped. You collect them on event day at registration. Times are listed on each event page.

 

Merchandise. Where we sell physical items, delivery rates and timescales are shown at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email lauren@btrail.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.
