What we collect.
For event entries: name, date of birth, gender, email, phone number, emergency contact details, postal address, any medical information you choose to share, and your event/distance selection.
For shop orders: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number, order details.
We don't store payment card details. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and Stripe.

How long we keep it.
Event entry data: up to 6 years after the event, for liability and accounting purposes
Shop order data: up to 6 years, for tax and consumer rights purposes
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your personal data, or to provide a copy in a portable format. Email and we'll respond within 30 days. If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies. Our store uses cookies for essential site function, analytics, and (with your consent) marketing pixels. You can manage your cookie preferences via the banner on your first visit and from the link in the footer.
